Ellis Elite Plumbing & Drains LLC was founded in 2026 by owner Abby Ellis, who brings 14 years of experience to the company. Based in Jacksonville, NC, we serve Onslow County and the surrounding areas, and we’re focused on building lasting relationships with the customers and communities we serve.
We also believe in being part of the community we serve. Ellis Elite Plumbing & Drains is a member of the Jacksonville chapter of Business Networking International (BNI), and owner Abby Ellis supports local families through United Way’s Chew program and the Salvation Army Angel Tree.

Great plumbing service starts with the right equipment. From advanced diagnostic tools to professional drain cleaning machines, we use technology designed to diagnose problems accurately and solve them efficiently.
We use sewer cameras to inspect, record, and help locate underground drain and sewer line issues. This helps us see what is happening inside the line instead of guessing.
We use a Brute Power Slide Van Pack Jetter capable of up to 3,000 PSI and reaching clogs up to 300 feet away. Hydro-jetting is used for heavier buildup, longer drain lines, and tougher drain or sewer blockages when standard cleaning may not be enough (see our Hydro Jetting service for details).
We use Duracable cable machines in multiple sizes, including ¼”, ⅜”, and ½” cables. Our hollow-core Duracables can reach clogs up to 100 feet away, giving us the right setup for different drain sizes and blockage types.
